She is survived by: her husband Wilbur Kelsey; her children, Vicki Rollin, Mark Williams and Thomas Williams; her siblings, Sandy Mullins, Joann Norton, Janet Miller and Richard Moore; and her stepbrothers, Don and David Labeau. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great- grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren.
