She was predeceased by: her grandson Ryan C. Hall; and her sister Betty L. Keener. She is survived by: her parents, John Charles and Beulah Faye Dilgard (Cottrell); her spouse Robert C. Hall; her son Richard C. Hall of Ashland; her grandsons, Randall J. Hall (Michelle) of Circleville and Russell E. Hall (Sarah) of Asheville; and her brothers, Charles K. Dilgard and Richard A. Dilgard.
