She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Blackburn and Virginia Blackburn; and her brothers, Jimmy and Robert Blackburn. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Mosher of Wellington; her daughters, Judy Nunez (Dave) of Norwalk, Lisa Bliss (Donnie) of Wellington and Rhonda Lara (Andrew) of Wellington; and her brothers, Larry and Edward Blackburn. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Norton-Eastman Funeral Home (370 S Main St, Wellington, OH 44090). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
