He is survived by: his wife Loretta; and his children, Cynthia Lynn Ebenger (Tom) of Las Vegas, Patti Jo Rodgers of Wellington, Patrick Mark Messersmith (Elaine) of Dublin and Matt Lloyd Messersmith (Mark Haker) of Columbus. He is also survived by 6 stepchildren; 7 grandchildren; 14 step grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
