She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Miller and Dan Varner; her stepfather Bill Miller; her siblings, Mary Bedillion, Shirley Wade, Charles Varner and Bernard Varner; her husband Paul of Church's Couples Club; her close friend Toby Kelly; her son John Fortney; and her grandson John Fortney II.
She is survived by: her son Robert Fortney; and her grandchildren, Stacey Barlow (Brad), Elliot and Everett Barlow.
