He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kelly and Bessie Kelly (Springsteen); and his son Dennis R. Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Betty B. Kelly (Bradley); his daughter Sandra L. Kelly; his grandchildren, Lauren Bailey (Dennis), Brett Kelly (Natalie) and James Kelly (Katie Fath); his nephew David Bradley (Shelva); and his daughter-in-law Renee Kelly. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parker & Son Funeral Homes, Inc. (202 E Main St, Spencer, OH 44275). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
