He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Regal-Wolfe and Fern Regal-Wolfe; his siblings, Shirley Riddle, William and Philip Regal; and his stepfather Lewis Wolfe.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Scott Regal (Sharon) of Wellington and Chad Regal (Angie) of Wellington; his granddaughters, Shannon (Al), Nessa and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Axel, Stella and Kyleigh; and his sisters, Marilyn Foster and Cheryl Gallatin of Ashland.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Sprenger Hospice, Wellington First United Methodist Church of Wellington or Wellington Fire Department.
