He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Polley and Lois Polley. He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Ninis (Larry) and Michelle Furio (Michael); and his grandsons, Dale A. Utley and Jeremy E. Utley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
