It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick James McCurdy of Wellington, Ohio, who passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Brown and Walter Brown; and his sister Joyce Brown. He is survived by: his wife Linda McCurdy; his sister Beverly Reitenbach; and his children, Bonnie McCurdy, Robin Ann Baum (Marty), Heidi Childs (Joel), Becky McCurdy-Cooksey (William), Lisa Paradise (Robert), David Donat (Christy) and Steve Donat (Lyndsey). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Norton-Eastman Funeral Home (370 S Main St, Wellington, OH 44090). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
