He was predeceased by: his father Cleo William Phillips; and his sister Mona. He is survived by: his children, Logan Phillips and Brandi Krause; his mother Lora Mea Phillips; and his siblings, David, Allan, Diane, Tami, Annette, Linda and Ron. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
