He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Alice (Parker); his siblings, Billy and Mary Jane Randolph (Steve); his brother-in-law Michael Rogers; and his son-in-law Paul Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Hanmer); his children, Michele Polansky (Braden), David II, William, Jean Smith and Richard; his grandchildren, Kyle Polansky, Sydney Polansky, Christopher Smith and Samantha Smith; and his sisters, Martha Jones (Tom) and Virginia Rogers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
