He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bolt; his children, Jesse Bolt of LaGrange, OH and Robyn Duley (Sean) of Fairborn, OH; and his siblings, Lora Floyd (Keith) of LaGrange, OH, Katherine Dingey of Mocksville, NC, Terry Lafferty (Robert) of Stuart, FL, Doug Bolt of Wellington, OH, Greg Bolt (Betsy) of Wellington, OH, Donna Hammersla (Chuck) of Williamsport, MD, Deborah Schuster (Scott) of Oberlin, OH and Curtis Bolt (Shelly Foster) of Spencer, OH. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
