He is survived by: his children, Dana Vance and Jeffrey Mason (Shamica); his grandchildren, Brandon Bess, Alexandria Hayes, Sabrina Mason, Robert Parsons, Elizabeth Vance and Olivia Vance; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Mason.
