She was predeceased by: her parents, Angeline Lechene and Alfred; her husband James Collins; her grandsons, James "Jimmy" Collins and Ronald "DJ" Smith; her great grandchild Jonathan Moore; and her siblings, Albert, Wilfred, Patrick, Jules, William and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Smith (Ronald), James Collins (Carol) of Lagrange, Michael Collins (Deborah) of New London, Karen Smith of Wellington, Timothy Collins (Laurie) of Medina, Randall Collins (late Lori) of Wellington and Beatrice Krieg (Eric) of Wellington; and her grandchildren, Karri, Dale, Michael, Paul, Kathy, Annette, Kristin of Thomas, Erica, Charity, Andrea, Kenneth, Cody, Kyle, Cameron, Wesley and Kayti. She is also survived by 34 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (615 W Herrick Ave, Wellington, OH 44090).
