He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stamper and Dorothy Stamper; and his sister Connie Stamper-Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his son Thomas Stamper II (Melissa); his grandchildren, Drew (Hannah), Brittany (Kevin) and Blake (Sachi); his stepsons, Donnie McFadden and Eric McFadden (Vic DeFrancis); his siblings, Steve Stamper (Cindy) and Shelva Jean Miller (Ernie); and his nieces and nephews, Marcie Todd, Brenda Miller, Rob Smith, Josh Smith and Brian Miller. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
