He was predeceased by: his brother Rick King; and his father Robert "Bob" King. He is survived by: his wife Lisa King; his mother Pauline King; his siblings, Jeff King and Penny May (Rick); his children, Melissa Davison (Doug) and Jesse King (Jessica); his grandchildren, Carly LeMaster, Felix, Henry and Ezra King; and his friends, Tony Larman, Doug Vogel, Ted Coffman and Greg Parsons.
