He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson (Culberson); and his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Sears (Karen), Jeff Stenerson, Jerry Stenerson, Heath Culberson (Gayle), Jessica Woodruff, Amy Sharp (George), James Brock (Mary), Tina Marie Hartings and Rusty Johnson (Marianne).
