He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Simmons and Mildred Simmons; and his sister Brenda Mills. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Simmons (McKenzie) and Alex Simmons; his grandchildren, Ruth and Clark Simmons; his siblings, Lanney Simmons (Joy) and Debbie Church (Randy); and his niece Chrystal Robinson (Brian). He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
