With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Penny F. Downard of Waynesville, Ohio, who passed away on March 26, 2022 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jones and Sandra Jones. She is survived by: her husband Darryl; her sons, Alexander and Arick Downard (Erin Good); and her siblings, Brian Jones (Margie), Michael Jones (Pauline) and Beth Rossback (Dirk).

If desired and in respect for Penny's love of animals, contributions may be made to the Warren County Humane Society.
