He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward G. Mantey and Margaret H. Mantey (Grace); his brother Elmer Mantey; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Mantey and Ronald Combs.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Martin; his children, Kathleen Denlinger (Ned), Edward (Jeanne), Daniel (Karenina) and Keith Mantey; his grandchildren, Kristen (Andrew), Matthew (Melina), Nathan (Raeann), Melissa, Katherine, Michael, Kia, Kendra, Asya and Zion; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Combs. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
