He was predeceased by: his son Quentin Eugene Neace; his parents, Roy Neace and Jaley Neace; and his siblings, William Neace, Lucy Bell and Susie Brannon.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his children, Mark Anthony Neace, David Neace (Paula), Robert Neace, Edwin Joe Neace, Donna Bellman (Edward), Veronica Vipperman (Danny), Melissa Neace (James Landrum) and Michele Marciniak (Daniel); and his siblings, Lawrence Neace, John Neace, Lee Neace (Bea), Lillian Willard and Janice Neace. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
