She is survived by: her grandmother Indiana Jones; her husband Clyde Neeley; her children, Michael Neeley (Jackie) and Janis Neeley Gabbard (Art); her grandchild Shawn Schuyler (Alicia); and her brothers, David Hazelwood (Judy) and Paul Hazelwood (Jenny).
