He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hollie Lowe and Georgia Lowe; his wife Beverly; his siblings, Zenith Butler, Adene Austin and Carl James Lowe; his children, Donald Lowe (Leisa), Christopher Lowe (Michelle), Paula Mills and Kindra Lowe; his brothers, Ralph Lowe and Charles Lowe; and his grandchildren, Patricia, Tara, Sara Riley (Josh), Amber Lamb (Nic), Brandon, Quincy, David, Taye, Morgan, Madison and Tristan. He was also cherished by 11 great-grandchildren.
