He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Osborne and Winnie Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Marlene; his sons, Joe Osborne (Pam), Steve Osborne, Tim Osborne (Jenny), Ken "Tate" Osborne Jr. (Becky), Jeff Osborne (Pam) and Tom Osborne (Teri); and his brother Larry Osborne (Vera). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
