It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Keith Petrequin of Waynesville, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Petrequin (Morton) and Paul Richard Petrequin. He is survived by: his wife Sheila L Petrequin (Davis); his children, Stephanie Sells (Brian) and Brian Keith Petrequin (Regina); his grandchildren, Kristen Lewis, Katelyn Lewis, Hannah Petrequin, Josiah Petrequin, Elijah Petrequin and Henry Duncan; and his brothers, Jawa Petrequin and Richard Petrequin.
