She was predeceased by: her parents, Chuck Lamb and Marilyn Lamb. She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Dale Stacy (Laura), Matthew Bly (Andrea) and Laura Servis (Kurtis); her grandchildren, Mikayla, Benjamin, Andrew, Emma, Waylon and Wyatt; her sister Tammy Gibson (Richard); and her nieces, Morgan and Madison Gibson.

If desired, contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
