It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juliet A. Mochocki (Waynesville, Ohio), born in Concord, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 3, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Henry Mochocki. She is survived by: her parents, Sean Mochocki and Jenifer Mochocki; her siblings, Henry and Alyssa; her grandparents, Scott, Mayra Mykoo and Christine Bass (George); and her great-grandparent Gwendoline Basner. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
