She was predeceased by: her former husband Eddie Sr.; her husband Wade; her parents, Howard Patrick and Hazel Patrick; and her brother Verdis Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Lamb Jr. (Tami), Clifton Lamb (Janna) and Kelly Perdue (Steve); her grandchildren, Mikah Vonasek (Aaron), Braedon Lamb (Kelsey), Brooke Perdue and Jayda Lamb; her great grandchildren, Arleann and Marek; her sister-in-law Nancy Patrick; and her close friends, Tom and Wanda Chattin.
