He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Miller and Jacqulin Miller; and his brother Carl Miller. He is survived by: his brothers, Greg (Christy) and Jeff Miller (Lois); his nieces, Megan Miller and LeAnna Mann; his nephew Daniel Miller; his great-nieces, Alanna Houston and Elizabeth Jacqulin Mann; and his great-nephew Issac Mann.
