He was predeceased by: his daughter Sallie Marie; his parents, Park Richard and Marshalena Richard of Warren, OH; and his brothers, Parke Eugene Richard of Warren, OH and John Richard of Fostoria, OH..
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Dr. J. Randall Richard (De), Marc Richard (Julie), John Richard (Karen) and Susan Mitchell (Jake); and his pets, Max and Ginger. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
