With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James L. Randolph of Waynesville, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Randolph; his brothers, Bill and Robin Randolph; and his sister-in-law Sally Baldwin. He is survived by: his mother Cora Ellen Randolph; his children, Gloria Lowe (Chris) and E. J. Randolph (Valerie); his stepchildren, Kelly Ridinger (Darrell), Gene Baldwin (Katrina) and Don Baldwin (Gail); his grandchildren, Josie Lowe, Shelby Randolph, Isabella Lowe, Damion Randolph, Seth Randolph, Chrisley Joe Lowe, Simon Randolph and James Lowe; his stepgranddaughters, Heather Ridinger and April Ridinger; his siblings, Arlie Randolph (Vicki), Larry Randolph (Melissa), David Wentz, Brenda Johnson (Dean) and Kathy Kamps (Don); his sister-in-law Brenda Gray Randolph; his close friend Anna Belle Simpson; and also Chris. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made toward the funeral expenses.
