It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Vincent Blevins of Waynesville, Ohio, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Howard Vincent Blevens; and his nephew Jacob Blevins. He is survived by: his mother Ailene Blevins (Anderson); his wife Christie Blevins (Crain); his daughters, Jennifer Allen, Jessica Bentley (Michael) and P. J. Schrader (Scott); his stepsons, Lonnie House and Austin House (Lacey); his brothers, Jim Blevins (Tracey), Joe Blevins (Karrolyn), Jeff Blevins (Chrissie) and Kenneth Baldwin; and his grandchildren, Vanessa, Morgan, Trevor, Caleb, Allison, Abigail, Jackson, Madeline, Kian and Kace.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions in memory of Jack be made to either, The Wounded Warrior Project or The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
