He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Dave Lamb (Sue) and Susan Johnson; his grandchildren, Ryan Lamb (Laura), Holly Vance (Steve), Rebecca Johnson, Kara Madison Johnson, Megan Rothenbush (Scott), Kyle Lamb (Ashley) and MacKenna Lamb; his great grandchildren, Jonas, Brendan, Kiernan, Aeyla and Tristan; his brother Ralph Lamb; and his daughter-in-law Trisha Lamb.
