It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas E. Filaseta of Waynesville, Ohio, who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Bill Asbury; and his parents, Nicholas Filaseta and Jane Filaseta. He is survived by: his friends, Mickey and Sharon Elam; his wife Joyce; his children, Jeff Filaseta (Laura) and Dea Burkard (Ken); his grandchildren, Brandon Filaseta, Jennifer Hudson (Tyler), Daniel Burkard and Matt Filaseta; his great grandchild Ivory; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Smith (Mary Ann) and Roslyn Patrick (Ken). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.

Concerning COVID-19, please consider wearing a mask during the visitation.
