He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; his parents, Willard Furnas and Mildred Furnas; and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by: his children, Dale Stacy (Laura), Matthew Bly (Andrea) and Laura Servis (Kurtis); his grandchildren, Mikayla, Ben, Drew, Emma, Waylon and Wyatt; his sister-in-law Tammy Gibson (Richard); his nieces, Morgan Gibson and Madison Coomer (Colton); and his great-nephew Koa.
