He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Haines and Frances Haines; and his siblings, Charles W. Haines, Mary Helen Morgan, Jacqueline "Jackie" Lanier, Ruth Ann Brangers and Linda "Lou" Haines.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Haines (Lynn), Janet Lanier and Patty Covey (Donald); and his sister-in-law Laurie Haines. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; numerous great-nieces and nephews; several great-great-nieces and nephews.
