It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David L. Purkey of Waynesville, Ohio, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his nephew Andrew Mescher. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his parents, Benny Purkey and Karen Purkey; and his siblings, Eric Purkey (Charlene), Emily Abrams (Merle), Julie Peters and Melanie Swarts (Craig).
