He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda; his parents, Alonzo Carter and Cordelia Carter; and his siblings, Macey Carey, Elsie Davis, Mary Ellen Lacy, Daisy Allread, Raymond Carter, Margie Carter, Joe Carter, Marion Carter, Martha Hoffer, Glen Carter, Robert Carter and Billy Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Bryant Keith Carter, Kent Carter (Yvonne) and Kelly Carter (Ronnie Roach); his grandchildren, Matt Senter (Carrie), Mike Senter (Katie), Mitch Senter (Tyra) and Lenzi Carter (Mike Gorman); his sisters, Pauline Martin, Alice Morris, Donna Greene and Jane Masters; and his close friend Mary Jane Gallagher. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Miami Cemetery Chapel (6379 Corwin Ave, Waynesville, OH 45068).
