He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harrah and Irene Simmons; and his brother Roger Harrah. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Charles "Keith" Harrah (Laurie), Greg Lynch (Stephanie Coffman) and Tammy Fyffe (Mark); his grandchildren, Alex Harrah (Rebaca), Josh Lynch (Carolyn), Chelsea Hoyum (Sam) and Kyle Hamlet; and his great grandchildren, Ian, Philip, Halden and Andrianna.
