He was predeceased by: his wife Pat Manning; his daughter Tammy Gross; his grandson Zach Winsted; his parents, Ray Manning and Cloeva Manning; and his sisters, Lois Pfau and Gladys Manning.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Manning (Kelly), Lisa McCloskey (Ron) and Tina Manning (Christopher Pennekamp); his grandchildren, Henry, Charlie, Will, Nick (Malory), Joshua, Jacob, Sophie (Jordan) and Emma; his great grandchildren, Lily and Leo; his sister June Robinson; and his close friend Veda Gehring.
