He was predeceased by: his mother Karen Keaton (Farra); and his grandparents, James Farra, William and Henrietta Fetty. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Katie" Fetty; his son Andrew "Hunter" Fetty; his father William "Bill" Fetty (Elaine); his grandmother Ellen Farra; his siblings, Tony Fetty (Chanel), Danny Puslat (Janell), Lisa Young (Ira) and Lee Fetty (Heather); his parents-in-law, Stan, Byrdie Lorenz and Joe Lorenz; and also Sherri Smith.

In addition to flowers, the family requests donations to Spring Valley United Methodist Church (1 W Walnut St Spring Valley, OH 45370).
