He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Motter and Eva Motter (Robinson). He is survived by: his granddaughter Lily Volbert; his children, Katrina Volbert (Paul), Annette Lira (Robert) and Bill Motter; and his siblings, Dan Motter (Kerri), Ellen Motter and Gary Motter.
Bill would donate his time to do things like Karaoke at Auglaize Acres.
