He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Schultz and Eloise T. Kennedy Schultz; and his daughter Stacy Schultz. He is survived by: his wife Judy Stacy; his sons, Jeff Schultz (Rhonda) of Waynesfield and Tom Schultz (Lisa) of Waynesfield; his grandchildren, Seth Schultz, Taylor Schultz, Alyssa Kelley, Josalyn Regedanz, Jaelyn Schultz and Braelyn Schultz; his great grandchildren, Aaliya Schultz, Haidyn Schultz, Brynn Kelley and Rylee Kelley; and his siblings, Dennis Schultz (Debbie) of Lima and Nancy Rhoades of Van Wert.
