He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Spillman and Viola Spillman (Cook); his son Randy Spillman; and his sisters, Donna Jean Riff and Maryann Hefner (Charles).
He is survived by: his children, John Spillman (Carrie) of Montra, OH, Joe Spillman (Angie) and Cindy McKinney (Pete); his stepson Jeff Brown of Clearwater, FL; his grandchildren, John Michael Spillman (Ashley), Misti Spillman-Hornbrook (John), Danielle Sneary (Alex), Mathew Spillman, Josh McKinney and Jordan McKinney (Allissa); and his great grandchildren, Gage Michael Jordan Spillman, Gabriel Alexander Spillman, Taletta Jean Trinity Spillman, Harmony Viola Spillman, Ryleigh Nicole Hood, Bentley Emmitt Sneary and Landon Joseph Sneary.
