He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald A. Miller and Emma J. Widok Miller Holtzapple. He is survived by: his wife Julie A. Miller of Lima; his fiancée Autumn Longworth of Waynesfield; his children, Kayla Tracey of Lima, Karstin Byrd (Shawn Schick) of Cleveland, Ethan Miller (Emma) of Waynesfield and Evan Miller of Waynesfield; his partner's children, Isiah and Gauge Weinstock; his granddaughters, Cheyenne Snider and Adelyn Miller; his sister Beth Bebinger (Tucker) of Largo, Florida; his nieces and nephews, Chelsea Knapp, Collin Knapp and Pyper Bebinger; and his mother-in-law Marcia Hengstler of St. Johns. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
