She was predeceased by: her father William Kempthorne; and her sister Susan Kempthorne. She is survived by: her husband John R. Crumley; her sons, Jason Crumley and Patrick (Hilary Crumley); her grandchildren, Olive, Pepper and Cooper; and her siblings, William Kempthorne, Rick Kempthorne (Tammy), Patricia McGeorge and Denise Allen (Sam). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to North Industry Christian Church or Akron Children Hospital Burn Unit.
