With solemn reverence, we commemorate Lucia Shundry of Waynesburg, Ohio, whose life came to an end on February 18, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michele DeCesare and Antonia DeCesare (Finelli); her husband Anthony "Tony" Shundry; her son Michael Shundry; her brother Luigi DeCesare; and her son-in-law John Broucker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Shundry, Antonietta Broucker, Gloria James and Theresa Gasper (Matt); her sisters, Carmelina Donatelli and Pina Del Grosso; her grandchildren, Toni Ann Ammons (Ray), Lisa Broucker (Troy Adams), Ryan James (Sreynich), Michael Gasper and Evan Gasper; her great grandchildren, Taylor Ammons (Cole Lab), Lucia Adams, Kalie Fisher and Annyka James; her great great grandchild Zarraelia Rose; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Hunter and Hayden Adams.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home (266 N Main St, Magnolia, OH 44643). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (400 W Lisbon St, Waynesburg, OH 44688).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Lucia's memory may be made to St. James Church or St. James School, 400 West Lisbon St., Waynesburg, OH 44688.
