She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryant Fanning and "Tina" Fanning (Rakes) of Tennessee; her husband Farley Elkins, Sr.; her son Kim Elkins; and her brother Alfred Fanning.
She is survived by: her children, Lyn "Sue" Elkins, Farley "Butch" Elkins, Jr. (Patti), Chris Elkins (Yolanda) and Bob Wallace; her great grandchildren, Ashley Perrin (Kenny), Amy Lutz (Judd), Chris Elkins, Jr. (Rachel), Ryan Elkins (Mallory) and Eric Elkins (Mandy); her siblings, Rita Putt, Roger Fanning (Linda) and Michael "Mick" Fanning (Tammy); and also, Kylan, Khloe, Zoe, Ivy, Gigi LaFern, Addison, Alyssa, Luke, Amelia, Everest and Atlas. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
