He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Campbell and Helen Campbell (Hoopengarner). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Kay" Campbell (Moore); his children, Matt Campbell (Heather Ann) of Carrollton and Heather Kay Campbell of Waynesburg; his sister Sandra Collins of Minerva; his grandchildren, Katerina Syrianoudis (Alex) of Canfield, Micah Campbell (Alliah Weaver) of Carrollton, Kaylee Nichols of Waynesburg and Addison Nichols of Waynesburg; and his great grandchildren, Emmitt, Lydia and Leonidas.
