He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Jenkins and Myrtle Jenkins (Wilson); and his son John Jenkins II. He is survived by: his wife Joan Jenkins (Dawson); his daughter Julie Holley (Donald); his sisters, Jane Kevan and Shirley Prince-Calahan; and his grandson Micheal Freday (Mandalay Chou Chan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
